Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Velenci frames. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
: Return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
Frames must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.
