Return Policy

Prescription Eyeglasses & Sunglasses – Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.⠀⠀

Non-Prescription Eyeglasses & Sunglasses – Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. ⠀⠀

Frames must be in original condition, unused, and returned with all packaging and accessories.

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return:

Login with your email used for your order on our website or feel free to email care@velenci.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Prepare Your Return:

Pack your frames securely with all original packaging and accessories.

Attach the provided return label.

3. Ship Your Return:

Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

If a customer pays with a gift card, any refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your frames for a different pair, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at care@velenci.com or call us at 646-450-0534 within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
